Membership is open to PERA vested St Paul Police Retirees and their survivor spouses

New Members must complete an application by clicking the Membership Application button below and submitting the form by email or by USPS mail. Dues payment can be made via:

• Annual auto PERA benefit deduction every January (Signature and last four of your SSN required), or
• Online via credit card by selecting the PayPal button or, 
• USPS mail with a personal check accompanying the application form.  (Mailing address is on the form)

Renewing members may sign up for the annual auto PERA benefit deduction at any time. Complete a new, signed application (Membership Application Button below).  Renewing members may also choose to pay annual dues via USPS mail or with credit card by selecting the Pay Now button below. If you are a renewing member and have changes to your address or email address please use the Email Us button on this page to send us your updated information.  Reminder - Survivors are members who've joined after their loved one has passed. You do not pay for your spouse.
